Hiking Eagle Creek in Oregon is an absolute must for any outdoor enthusiast visiting the Pacific Northwest. Located just outside of Portland, this breathtaking trail takes hikers through dense forests, along rushing streams, and up to stunning waterfalls.

The trail itself is just over 13 miles long and can be done as a loop or out-and-back hike. The first few miles are relatively easy, with a gentle ascent through the forest. As you continue, the trail becomes steeper and more challenging, but the stunning views are well worth the effort.

One of the highlights of hiking Eagle Creek is the numerous waterfalls that can be found along the way. The most famous of these is Punchbowl Falls, a towering cascade that crashes down into a turquoise pool below. The trail also takes hikers past Twin Falls, a series of cascades that flow into a deep pool, and Tunnel Falls, a dramatic waterfall that the trail passes behind.

Thats when Goody Cable started the business in her reportedly haunted 1902 Craftsman-style home. Since Cable had hosted classical music events in her home for years, it made perfect sence to open it as a business.

The coffee house was originally name after the famed Russian immigrant and musician, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov. Rimsky-Korsakov was a skilled composer and musician, and deserved to have a quarky coffee house names in his honor. The coffee house evolved into a quarky and an beloved late might venue that brings together artists and musicians in a relaxed and informal setting.

The coffee house quickly became a popular gathering place for artists, musicians, and intellectuals in Portland. It was a place where they could share their work, discuss ideas, and enjoy a cup of coffee with live music in the background.

Over the years, the Rimsky-Korsakoffee House has undergone few changes and, has always remained true to its roots as a place for creativity to flourish.

6. Cabo San Lucas 4 Wheel: This activity requires a bit of an Adventurous side. Hop on a 4-wheeler and blast through the sand dunes as fast as the machines can take you. It’s a blast and a must if you’re an adrenaline junkie!
